Our cast-iron cookware is made from just two key ingredients: premium cast iron and kosher-certified, non-GMO European flaxseed oil. To maintain Victoria cast-iron cookware, hand-wash it using hot water and mild dish soap, then dry it with a towel. Rub a thin layer of oil on the cookware and store it in a cool, dry place. What makes Victoria products unique is that they are free of PTFE and PFOA and pre-seasoned with kosher-certified flaxseed oil for better-tasting food.
